Commission is paid by the buyer
Their listings are not organized in a user friendly way, and they look kind of clumsy. However, this is not the real issue; the real issue is the buyer pays the agent commission, and the seller pays nothing. I understand this can be negotiated but in my opinion there are enough other things to be negotiated in a deal and I don't like idea of adding another item to the list. Also, this info is not visible clearly on the website and I had to dig in to find it.

Hi Beni, thanks for the feedback. For clarity, we try to be very transparent about Rejigg's buy-side Success Fee throughout our website copy and in the platform itself. This includes being very obviously stated on our primary buyer landing page.
Buyers are also notified again each time they contact a seller, and have to read and sign a Rejigg Fee & Confidentiality Agreement in which the Success Fee is explained in detail.
There are no upfront costs for buyers to use the platform, and sellers pay no listing or transaction fees. Buy-side Success Fees are therefore our primary source of revenue, which keeps Rejigg's incentives aligned with our users, as we only get paid when a deal closes.
Signing an NDA with Rejigg Makes You Pay
When you sign an NDA with Rejigg you are also agreeing to pay the commission. If you are looking above $2m the fees begin to be too high for what they do for you which is nothing more than advertise the listing...

You're correct that we charge the buyer a Lehman Success Fee (between 1% and 5%, depending on deal size), and we work hard to be transparent about that cost throughout the platform. As you noted, you're reminded each time you contact a seller, and you sign a Rejigg Fee & Confidentiality Agreement in which the Success Fee is the first thing mentioned.
Our primary value to buyers is off-market deal sourcing. We are not a deal aggregator. Every Rejigg listing is sourced by our team and is effectively for sale by owner. Beyond sourcing, the platform streamlines the deal process by keeping NDAs, call scheduling, LOI submission, data rooms, and due diligence requests all in one place.
There are no upfront costs for buyers to use the platform, and sellers pay no listing or transaction fees. Buy-side Success Fees are therefore our primary source of revenue, which keeps Rejigg's incentives aligned with our users, as we only get paid when a deal closes. We hope this context helps!

My go-to platform
Rejigg is the best platform out there! As a buyer, there are too many listing sites to keep track of, and half of them are just recycling the same deals you've already seen everywhere else.
Rejigg is different, it has a real mix of serious sellers who are ready to transact alongside proprietary sellers who are just starting to think about an exit, so you're seeing opportunities before they hit the broader market.
Alex and the team have been genuinely great to work with. They're responsive, thoughtful, and clearly invested in making good matches rather than just pushing volume. I recommend Rejigg to anyone I can!

Finally a platform that indicates more clearly business location!
Rejigg indicates more precisely than other platforms the location of the business. For many potential buyers, location matters. Spending time to sign NDAs and request CIM only to discover afterward that the location isn't a good fit is a waste of time. I also appreciate the effort in qualifying the Seller's seriousness in selling the business.

As I haven't been on here for more than a 2 days, I don't have a lot to say or review. Searching for businesses seems to be relatively simple and contacting the owners as well. They do however need to have more information on the landing page about the businesses.
