The headboard and footboard were damaged on arrival due to insufficient packaging. Fair enough they dealt with problem quickly but we did fall out over how the items should be repackaged and sent back. Having got a refund I purchased from elsewhere where the packaging was better and the items arrived undamaged.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry your Tunstall Bed arrived with damaged parts and apologise for the frustration this caused. While we're pleased we were able to resolve the issue quickly with a refund, we're sorry we couldn't reach a smoother agreement regarding the return process. We appreciate your comments about the packaging. Thank you for giving us the opportunity, and we wish you all the best with your new bed
