REILink is the real estate network. It is broader than real estate investing. Apex Vivus is the operating system. The individual products/tools live within the larger REILink ecosystem. REILink is being built to bring those worlds together. The REILink ecosystem includes technology and resources for finding and analyzing properties, estimating repairs, connecting deals with buyers, working with contractors, managing real estate businesses, generating leads, marketing properties and businesses, and moving real estate opportunities from the first connection through completion. REILink is also home to Apex Vivus, the operating system that connects many of these tools and workflows together. While Apex Vivus provides the technology that helps real estate businesses operate, REILink is the larger network around it. That network includes property opportunities, cash buyers, contractors, real estate professionals, community, education and a growing collection of specialized real estate technology. Our products include tools such as EstiMate for property repair estimating, Deal Room for property and deal analysis, OfferAid and MaxFee for offer and deal economics, Buyer Match for connecting properties with relevant buyers, REConnect for connecting contractors with real estate work, Design Studio for visualizing renovation projects, and other tools built around real-world real estate workflows. But REILink isn't defined by any one of those products. The larger idea is to build a connected real estate ecosystem where each part becomes more useful because the other parts exist. A deal is more valuable when the right buyers can find it. A buyer network becomes more valuable as more deals enter it. Contractors benefit from access to projects. Property owners and real estate businesses benefit from better technology and services. And the technology becomes more useful when the information created in one part of the process can help with what happens next.
