Original 1.0 oil…the GOAT
I have been using the original 1.0 oil pods daily on my hair. Particularly massaging it into the roots as I was suffering from some hair damage (breakage) I went to my hairdresser today and she said my hair was in wonderful condition. I’m so glad I subscribed 🌟 hero product.

Love all the products and tried hair and makeup products. The smell of the shampoo and conditioner and capsules are so nice.
The only constructive criticism is the lid of the lip uv does not stay on when in a bag .

I had an issue and it was resolved…
I had an issue and it was resolved quick time. Delighted with the response and just generally how kind they were about my issue. Placed several orders and has always arrived well packaged and classy looking. Delighted.

A dishonest company :(
It would appear that my recent customer experience with Rehab is as negative as some other customers. I also ordered a number of products in conjunction with an advent calendar. It was not made clear that there items will be posted late due to calendar not being ready for shipping.
I also entered a subscription service, which has not been sent to me. This is being missold with hidden conditions that once subscribed you are tied to three deliveries, even if you have never tried the product before. Let's hope I am not allergic to it... Customer service was abrupt and unhelpful. What a shame, sadly I shall never order again.

Mystery Box
Received the Mystery Box as a birthday present and loved what came in this box. Some products not used before so looking forward to using them. Love the 2 Clip rollers.

Holding back orders for delivery
Ordered a couple of products including the advent calendar. Still not dispatched over a week later - emailed them and was told nothing would be dispatched until they dispatch the advent calendar in 3 weeks’ time.
Yet I paid for 5-7 working days delivery
And there was no information saying the whole order would be held until the calendar could be dispatched. Ended up requesting a refund. Seems to me they have grown too fast for their supply chain, trying to save money on deliveries and getting greedy with Stacey Solomon’s followers!

I ordered the advent calendar which I…
I ordered the advent calendar which I knew couldn’t be dispatched for over a month. I also ordere some items I wanted straight away. It was not made clear I would have to wait over a month for all items despite the other ones being in stock. The items were meant to be a birthday present. They refused to send them early.
Terrible customer service will never order again.

It works well; my hair lasts 5 or 6 days looking shiny and feels light without residue build up
