I've spent way more money here then I'll ever likely admit to anyone, but I keep coming back time and time again. Why? Because they're one of the few UK based sellers for these sort of items that's worth buying from. They only sell high quality brands, and all their own products are some of the best that can be found anywhere. They may seem expensive, but they are definitely worth every penny.
Their London based store is always a highlight of any trip to London, although I preferred their old store more as it was bigger, and weirdly seemed to be easier to get to despite being less central. But even with the smaller space, they still manage to fit most of the products out on display, without it feeling all crammed in together.
Ordering online normally results in a speedy delivery service. I recently handed in some items for repair which took much longer than I would have expected to arrive back to me (just over 2 months!), but the quality of the repairs matches the quality of their products - perfection.
Most of my friends have ordered at least something from them, and not one of them have any complaints. I can't say that about many businesses.
