Thanks for providing your honest feedback. I haven't been able to locate a recent order to address any specific quality issues but we do take all general feedback on board.
We still make many of our rubber, leather and restraint products in our London studio and are constantly looking to both improve quality and variety. We also stock a wider range of products from other suppliers so that we can offer a wide range of products for different tastes and budgets.
As aways, if you are unhappy with any product you receive we'll happily offer refunds and address any quality issues where they arise. Thanks again for your comments.

Crinkly Comfort Meets Classy Customer Service!
You guys have an amazing store, everything is high quality, stylish, and well-organized. The staff is super helpful and dynamic. I’d love to see even more ABDL products in the future, but I was honestly surprised (and impressed!) to see you already carry a few items from the kinkier side 😉.
As soon as I arrived, I was dressed very normally and was treated with total respect. The staff was polite, professional, and really attentive. I had to return an item due to the wrong size, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Honestly, a fantastic experience, thank you!!!
