I received my reglazed specs, they were exactly what I had hoped for, that in itself is deserving of 5 stars. I had paid £8 for a frame service and I thought that fell a bit short, the spring temples have silicone rubber tubing at the ear end for comfort which is not in good condition, I had hoped this would be replaced, it wasn't!

Rapid service received new re glazed glasses within 7 days.
Good value compared with high street opticians approximately 35% less.
I wish I had chosen a more expensive varifocal lens as finding the side view not as large as my usual prescription glasses that were purchased from well known opticians which were their elite vari focal lens at the time.So these are taking some time to adjust to.

I and my husband order 3 pairs of varifocals. We were a bit worried about ordering online and had doubt if fittings can be accurately made for varifocals, but they all turned out spot on, happy customers here! The branded lens Hoya are also very reasonably and affordable priced compared with others.
