Me and my son got a lift to and from Gatwick from Ray and it was honestly the most relaxing cab journey I have had, no awkward conversations, on time, excellent value and great communication. Will 100% use regional cars again.

Michelle and Ray offer great customer service. They are reliable and friendly and go the extra mile to ensure we are happy. For example, my daughter left something in the taxi by mistake, and without asking they delivered it back to our house again. We would highly recommend them and definitely continue to use them in the future.

Absolutely stellar service. Early morning arrival into gatwick with a constantly changing delay to the flight. Ray was always on the ball keeping an eye on the arrival time, and was ready and waiting for when we left the terminal. Really friendly and reliable - even pulled into a service station so that we could pick up some essentials at 3am. Don't bother chancing it with any other company - simply the best!

Great communication including a prompt response to our initial inquiry. Ray arrived on time (10 minutes early actually, which is always reassuring when booking for the airport). He is a very pleasant, friendly guy. Our flight home was delayed by 2 hours. Again, communication was great and he was on time to pick us up. Price was reasonable and the service so much better than the bigger local firms. We will use Ray and Michelle again.

I relied on Ray to collect my daughter and my Grandchildren from Gatwick late on a Saturday night and totally predictably he checked the flight arrival time (it was late) and brought them home safely. So grateful for such a safe reliable service.
