Bad customer service
Ordered a dress for £31 and had a very disappointing experience. The company refused to process a straightforward return unless I provided photos, even though the item is unused, unworn, and still has tags attached.
Their own refund policy clearly states that items can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original packaging, which mine is. Despite this, they pushed a 15% partial refund instead – which is only around £4 – rather than properly honouring a full return.
They also expect customers to cover international return shipping, which makes the process even more frustrating and expensive.
Overall, poor customer service and not in line with their own stated policy. I would not recommend.
