This is a scam!
This is a scam that should be shut down. I received an official-looking letter requesting payment for a “Company Annual Review.” The same operators appear to be using multiple business names with similar tactics. This should be reported to ASIC, and the letters should be destroyed. Do not make any payments.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam and will not refund you! They send an official looking email and make it look like they are legit you pay and then they do not provide the services saying they will register you business in a couple of months. ! you should be ashamed of yourself for misleading busy people 1
I reported Registration to ACCC Scamwatch and ASIC
Reported to ACCC Scamwatch and ASIC for sending marketing offers that appear to be a demand for payment, and for masquerading as an ASIC registration agent. It's a deceptive, misleading practice. Their phone number is answered by a bot that claims to be a live person. I was unable to speak to a human. Save yourself $449 and file your company return directly with ASIC.
A total scam ASIC should demolish them
With the help of Registration,
With the help of Registration, I was able to review my company very quickly and easily. Their team is very cooperative and professional. I will definitely recommend it to others.
I used to think reviewing a company.........
I used to think reviewing a company would be very difficult, but after using Registration I realized how easy it is! Their support is amazing and the whole process is very smooth.
Fake
Fake. Trying to pass of as a legitimate business by sending through a fake invoice. Make sure you read the small print. Throw notice in bin.
Very angry that this company is allowed…
Very angry that this company is allowed to operate. They send official looking bills with a $50 discount for on time payment. But it's a scam. I never provided them with my address nor did I ask for their services. This should be illegal.
Scammers!
Scammers!! How is this scam still being allowed to run in 2026? Put the letter in the bin and move on
I'm over these business name renewal scams
Gees, I'm getting sick of these scam letters asking for a renewal of a business name when no one asked you to renew it. They scraped information from ASICS and then sent you a payment request for money. It's cheaper to renew directly from ASICS rather than paying $99.00 per year. I'm amazed that in 2026 this sort of business scam is still allowed and tolerated.
It’s a scam
It’s a scam. The only positive reviews here seem to be fake astroturfing.
Extremely misleading - needs to be reported
Extremely misleading. These letters are clearly designed to make unsuspecting recipients believe a payment is required.
While there is a small disclaimer at the bottom, it does little to offset what is otherwise a deceptive presentation. This type of approach crosses into dishonest business practice.
This company, along with Registry.com.au, should be reported for misleading conduct.
Unlike the correspondence from Registry.com.au, there are no clear instructions provided on how to opt out of receiving these letters.
It's a scam
It's a scam - their whole business model is tricking people into thinking it's an ASIC requirement to pay them money to renew a business registration, which is a lie.
Compared to registry.com.au, which runs exactly the same scam, they're not even any good at filling up trustpilot with fake reviews. So incompetent as well as unethical.
After 23 years in business
After 23 years in business, I suddenly received an 'invoice' from this organisation. I have never heard of them, never contacted them, and they are asking for $449 to do what? The same as I do directly with ASIC. And when calling the 1300 number, I get a robot offering to "take my call seriously and help me".
SCAM for the unaware
Don't pay this. It is NOT a bill.
I received a letter addressed to my company in the physical mail that looks a lot like an invoice in its style and wording. Words like "company review is due", "discount for early payment", "review fee". Fortunately I didn't pay it. On closer inspection, at the bottom it says "we are independent of ASIC. This is not a bill". I suspect many would pay this like an invoice, without truly understanding it. Maybe I should give them the benefit of the doubt but I would make a guess that they know very well a percentage will simply pay it. Hence all the angry reviews here.
IF it were possible to give no stars in…
IF it were possible to give no stars in order to save business owners from being scammed on their annual review fee I would. This unethical business scrapes data from ASIC records and sends unsolicited spam invoices that may look legitimate to the untrained eye. DON'T PAY! ASIC will email/mail this exact information WITH the relevant company data for your review well in advance. It is a basic, 2minute task that costs $329 instead of $449 AND you will keep your important data private.
Pretty sure I spoke with an AI bot (Sharon) when I phoned to demand to be taken off their mailing list. They wanted me to raise a work ticket to fulfil this very basic obligation of the National Privacy Legislation and in the process collect yet more of my data! Pathetic. And by the way, no, I won't be handing over my name, phone and email contact details so they can verify this review.
