Gave me fake air pods, first time the broke after a few week. They sent and exchange just fine.

The second I’ve sent them back and revived no exchange they have not replied to all my emails after.

Very bad customer service and the Siri or touch function never worked on either of the air pods they sent me.

Fake products sold at price too good to be true. Avoid these predators like the plague!

Fake goods. Apple store verified this. Paid £60 for refurbished Airpods but got counterfeit "brand new" looking ones which sounded sub-standard and didn't hold charge. Even the lightning cable didn't charge anything. 100% dodgy company.

they claim to sell refurbished genuine products but they’re fake! i bought some airpods, clearly fake and they break so easily, we tried to change the bud over and they’ve broke!!

Wouldn't use again. Bought air buds in Sept 2022 and initially were in good working order enough to pass the 30 day return policy but then thereafter faults became apparent. Company initially very good about sending a replacement in Nov 2022 but then these also broke within a year. Company was again very good about sending a replacement but then these broke within 6 months. Now item is outside of warranty and they will not replace again. Of note
- the outer casing is Yesido branded. Unless you want a short term cheaper option I wouldn't recommend.

Ordered 2nd generation apple air pods refurbished and delivery was very quick.
The AirPods were in great condition inside the case and the charger I ordered charges my phone very quick.
Definitely will be ordering again from here on the future.

Bought some refurbished AirPod pros from this company and they are definitely not refurbished AirPod pros. None of the features work. My iPhone doesn’t recognise the AirPods at all and they only work properly if I only wear one earbud. Gutted as I bought them with Christmas money I received. Please don’t waste your money.

The quality of the headphones are really good 10x better than i expect, theres different features and they act exactly like apple airpod gen3, When i received them i wasn't too happy as i realised they weren’t from apple as i bought them thinking they were an apple product, until i looked at the product again on the website and the writing of it specifying that it wasn’t an apple product was very small and not clear. However the quality of them being so good made it up.

Delivery was days before I had expected. They work perfectly.

Do not use this company, I paid for some ear buds- I even paid extra to have the item delivered quicker.
I never received the item- After 8 weeks they have refused to give me my miney back! They state that Royal Mail delivered the item but cannot provide any proof of delivery. I paid in good faith and now without item, its terrible- do not trust this company. I feel like they are stole my money.
I have emailed 15 times and I've been told to take it up with Royal Mail myself! I paid Refurbishedphones not Royal Mail! Why would I need to contact Royal Mail? Its a disgrace, I actually feel scammed!

Fast delivery, perfect packaging, great value and my airpods are marvellous. I'd never know it was a refurbished product and I'd order from here again.

Looking for a refurbished pair of AirPods to replace a set I had stolen. My search led me to this site and an image of a product that looked exactly like my AirPods but when it arrived it was in fact AirPlus - a Chinese knock off which is available at a much lower price on other sites. In fairness, the description of the headphones on the website says ‘AirPlus’, but as I got to it by searching AirPods on google, the image was the same, ‘refurbished’ is in the company name and I checked trustpilot before ordering, I feel highly misled. Please do read descriptions carefully, not a great deal of integrity on display here. In addition only one of the headphones actually works
