They get annoyed when you waste their time. Strongly recommend calling.
To be clear, this is a scam organisation that want to rip you off and steal your data.
So, if anyone has a spare few minutes whilst eating lunch, give them a call on 0333 053 6396.
Just reply to the AI agent's intro question: "Connect to agent" and you'll go straight through.
Their agents get noticeably frustrated if you play dumb, which is very amusing and rewarding. One guy kept shouting 'THE CAR YOU FINANCED' when I asked him 'Which car?' over and over again. Glorious.
Importantly, you're doing your little bit to keep them busy so they can't scam a poor old lady.

Look like a scammer
Looks like a scammer. In a text message they are cleaning that I have been miss/sold car finance. I’ve never had car finance. Endless messages have been sent to me on this matter.

Scammers hassling and falsifying customer information
This company's business is to generate false applications for compensation chasers using stolen data. Works as a business partner to Consultation Claims Ltd, another completely incompetent bunch of grifters who when fed info from this lot send fake contract documentation to extort costs out of customers who don't push back or don't know their rights.

Total scammers,cant block there spam messages. Cant click on complaint policy or pay to STOP msg. Will call them to see if they will stop trying to spam/scam me.
