Update… customer services just contacted me to discuss this and is going to contact the delivery service they use! Great response from them and I hope it gets resolved quickly! Usually great but the most recent order wasn’t delivered. They called me to say they could resend it but at a cost to me when delivery hadn’t been attempted in the first place. Customer services just said there was nothing they could do and I had to pay again just because dpd said they had attempted but they absolutely did not.

Been purchasing all of my stock from refine since I opened my business and they have been amazing, so so quick to get orders sent out and prescriptions done, honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, no problem is to big for them and they get it resolved in less than a day which is amazing, thanks for everything this year

I have placed an order on the 21/09 that I have never received despite being indoor all day on the delivery day. I have contacted both Refine Pharma and their chosen courier DPD to chase up for my parcel that has been left unattended in the street outside my front door (proof of picture from DPD who haven’t rang the bell or tried to contact me before doing so) by the time I have seen the picture in my emails the parcel was long gone and I never been able to recover my products or get a refund. I had to chase up for over two months both DPD and Refine Pharma, who concluded after long investigations that the parcel was left outside and I should get a refund. However Refine Pharma has received a refund from DPD but said they would only refund a £100 out of the £882.80 order I have lost because they don’t insure their parcel and it is the buyer responsibility to receive their parcel?! Or I should have purchased an insurance from them. I believe it is the professional seller responsibility to make sure your good are being received by the seller and therefore make sure you chose a trustworthy courier company or you insure your parcel. Since I have paid for delivery, the parcel has been left in the street without my consent I believe it isn’t my responsibility to cover the loss and this is the first time I hear such a statement and I have been defrauded from £882.50 by Refine Pharma also please note I have been told 10 days ago they processed the famous £100 refund which I haven’t received up to date.
