After reinstalling Windows, I had exceeded the activation limit for my Ref-N-Write licence. I reached out to their support team, and they responded promptly by resetting my activations. I was able to reactivate my licence without any difficulty, and the entire matter was resolved within a very short period of time. The efficiency, professionalism, and reliability of their support service is truly commendable. And most importantly, their product is superb!!!!!!!!

I am a long-time user. About 3-4 years ago, you kindly gifted me the program because I couldn’t pay via PayPal from Turkey at the time. I benefited greatly from the software back then. Later, as AI technology advanced, my need for the program diminished, as AI provided me with fairly accurate translations. However, I’ve recently realized that relying solely on AI, while helpful for English text communication, has limited my existing creativity and potential because it generates text for me. This reminded me of the value Ref-N-Write once provided me. Since I couldn’t log in with my old password, I tried the trial version. The Google Docs plugin is a new addition, and this is great news for me! I quickly saw how much the program’s potential has grown. I wanted to reciprocate the kind gesture you extended to me back then. The program is truly excellent—a godsend for non-native English speakers like myself. Thank you for everything.
