Hated it. It appears to be similar to Yay Casino as well, a casino I also hated. Nothing good here, move along in my opinion.

The casino is amazing. I actually love the platform. I submitted my documents to be able to cash out, I haven't heard a word back at all. I submitted a ticket to find out about the status. Haven't heard anything back yet. If they do respond an i cash out I will Def change my review. But I do see allot of people are having problems with this. I feel like if you want to keep the casino open and you want people to keep coming then I would suggest you fix the issues before you start getting blacklisted and eventually shut down. I would hate to see that as the platform is really nice. It's the people spending the money that you have to cater to in any business. So I hope you guys fix an continue to be open. Like I said if I get my money I will change my review. Fingers crossed.

Awful . Refuse to verify, also over 40 people on Facebook complaint that got their accounts blocked and redemption were not paid. You have been warned .
Don't listen to their excuse that purchases are not refundable 😂 their rules have no authority of the laws of United States . Call your bank, write complaint to state attorney general and watch how fast you get your money back.

Won 50 SC, Kyc was not a problem, my redemption was processed and approved in 2 days. I cannot speak for larger redemptions but I’ve had no problems with this site or it’s sister sites. And the daily bonuses are not bad.

I had a fun and easy time buying and playing on their site, but the issue came in when I wanted to contact support. There is no live chat, and you are required to take a photo of yourself holding an ID to submit a ticket. Again, when I tried to redeem, I had to submit a bill, bank statement, ID, face scan, and the last 4 of my SSN, which I had never had a casino ask this much for me to verify. This would have been on if it was fast, but it has also been a while, and still no response on my verification. I'd be happy to change my rating to a 5-star if this could get handled, but for now this is how I feel.

Dont bother. When you win they take ages to verify you. It’s going on almost 1 week and still havent been verified. It’s completely sickening honestly. Super disappointed

EDIT: Was finally verified today only after this review. The time it took to get me verified is completely unacceptable for any sweeps site. It’s actually even worse because I’m a huge fan of this family of casinos and am a huge customer on their 5-6 other platforms. Really disappointed in my experience here. No way should it take that long for a verification.

they take forever to verify your account I had to reach out to them and they’re asking me to send them documents of my account number ending in a certain last four digits when the last four digits that they provided me with is my routing number not my account number I sent them a blank check my license, my passport, a PDF document of a bank statement, a selfie holding my license and they’re still telling me that they have to reject my application because the numbers are wrong when the guy Oliver is asking me to provide a document showing these last four digits that are actually a routing number I even sent a screenshot of the credit union that shows the routing number that he’s asking for do not waste your time with this app I’m telling you it is a sister site
