All the staff that I spoke to were unfailingly polite, efficient and helpful. As the first person from Reeds Rains whom I met face to face, Miles Tarbox was an excellent representative for the company. His valuation of the property was accurate and although rather lower than I needed, Miles showed great sensitivity in managing my expectations and the difficult situation I found myself in of having to sell the family home to pay care fees, and needing to do so very quickly. The sales particulars, photographs, etc were produced quickly and to a high standard. I received regular updates by phone and email and felt very well informed about the progress of my sale throughout.
