BidMyListing is the best decision for real estate! As a homeowner, you get to list your property for free in search of a great agent and be in full control over the entire process. Agents will bid upfront cash offers, propose a commission, term length and provide full details about their real estate business and marketing plans allowing the homeowner to choose the agent who fits their selling needs. You meet with that agent, sign a listing agreement and get paid upfront by BidMyListing. That agent is now invested in the sale of the home because they paid out of pocket for the opportunity. It's a no brainer!

This was my first time using this service and it was pretty seamless. We had a technical glitch on the bidding but they fixed it pretty quick.

I won a bid, Seller Reneged
I won a bid. After meeting with the seller and signing a listing agreement, he failed to return any of my calls. I did not have keys and the family member refused to allow a sign on the lawn. After reaching out to the seller and getting the same response (no response), BidMyListing refunded me the bid amount. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Easily put in touch with top bidding agents . They listed the property promptly and we've had many showings and 1 offer that ultimately fell through due to financing.

A bit of feedback is to provide more information and the step-by-step process for the homeowners/sellers so they know what to expect and when.
Something similar for agents/brokers as well. Perhaps a checkpoint format that allows the homeowner, broker & BML to all be aware of / have visibility to the status of a transaction.
