IT at RedwoodRX leaves a lot to be desired
RedwoodRX may have good products but their IT is terrible. To date, I have been talked into ordering one product (it has yet to arrive) but I have received on less than five phone calls and 16 emails from suppor at redwoodrx.com relating to setting up a patient profile....Numerous password resets, two different login email accounts have all resulted in "Not Authenticated Invalid email or password, please try again." WTF, RedwoodRX is good at e-commerce but cannot do simple IT...........My review of the product will come next (if I ever receive it?!!?)
