Complete scam
I accidentally called this company thinking they were the official Royal Caribbean reservation line because their phone number popped up first in the Google search. I called to discuss a current reservation, in which they said they were unable to help me with the change I was requesting but offered me a “limited time” promotion for a 50% discount on the gratuities if I paid today. They completely misrepresented the amount of gratuities ($3,600 total) and said I could pay only $1,800. This sounds like a great deal until I realized they were totally incorrect. My gratuities would be closer to $900. When I questioned this, they gave me the 1-800 number for Royal Caribbean and hung up. I can’t believe the positive reviews they have here.
