No Cancellation/ Refund offered or Explained!
Husband just bought a flight thinking he was calling Frontier directly because the agent said he was and never claimed he was with an agency! We called back to cancel because we had issues initially with Travelocity and we're going to wait until the next day to bundle. When he called they said they couldn't refund us and could only offer a credit! Only an hour had passed! Horrible company! Do not buy from here!
