Beware of this company! I’ve been dealing with them for over a year, and it has been nothing but a headache. Despite promising responses within a week, I constantly have to chase them down to get any update. They were very aggressive about demanding the initial £1,200 payment to get started, but once they had the money, the service quality dropped significantly. After a year, the work is still incomplete and poorly managed. The company is unprofessional and lacks the expertise to deliver what they promise. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company!
We had a highly disappointing experience with reducebusinessrates.com. They approached our business confidently, promising to save us thousands of pounds annually on business rates. However, after we signed up, their aggressive and harassing emails and calls demanding payment were relentless. Once we paid, they vanished, failing to communicate any updates or outcomes regarding our case with HMRC. Despite their assurances, we were left in the dark, and they ultimately lost the case without any valid reason for our tariff reduction. Attempts to reach them resulted in empty promises of callbacks that never materialized. Stay away from this company!
