Second time using this service, the same A+ experience as before. They are a very well organised team, your questions are quickly and thoroughly answered and nothing is left to chance on the day. Pretty much exactly what you want from a translation service.

Super simple and easy process to get an interpreter/translator at short notice. Really easy to book - even with an option for urgent cases. So I managed to book on a Monday morning (for the following day) and had an interpreter assigned to me by 4pm Monday afternoon. They send you their details, so you can reach out beforehand. Interpreter was super casual and friendly, and made the process stress-free. Also, regarding payment, for urgent cases its nice because they don't make you pay upfront until they can confirm an interpreter for you, so only after will you pay. I would highly recommend their services, especially if you stress over dealing with governmental processes in a foreign country.

One Issue:
- It might just be me/my system, but it seemed that some payment options weren't working properly.

I would definitely recommend RedTapeTranslation as I found their service to be fast, friendly, and of a high quality. I really appreciated being able to pre-select the document type and other details on their website and pay straight away rather than needing to email or phone first in order to get a quote. It is a small thing, but it makes so much sense for very common document types, and when there are so many things to sort out, it is nice to be able to sort that out straight away rather than wait for a back and forth to get everything started. It was also great to get the translation sent through so I could double-check the details before it was finalised. So for me, a definite recommendation, great service!
