I have booked last year and this years extended family holiday with Gail. 12 people in total. She has been amazing and beyond patient with all our demands, needs and changes! Last year before we flew, Gail was in touch to make sure everything was ok and again checking in once we arrived to make sure no hiccups! Thanks Gail for taking the pain out of holiday searching and booking!

Gail booked a surprise Birthday holiday for my husband 6 months ago to Italy for June this year.
She found the perfect package for an incredible price with great flights ticking every box.
However, life can get in the way and due to my health and a critical op now pending I had to cancel. Rather than losing the deposit Gail jumped into action and supported me as I decided to change our needs entirely moving the holiday to a family package next year when I will hopefully be recovered.
I cannot thank her enough.
It’s been a tricky journey and she patiently held my hand, called me to give me reassurance with no sales pitch to see how she could help.
Gail, you are a ray of sunshine and although I don’t know you, after our chats I feel indebted to you as you went above and beyond!
Roll on next year and I’ll definitely be booking with you again xxxxx

Gail helped my hubby plan and book our honeymoon - i had no idea where we were going until i got on the amazing celebrity beyond cruise ship in Rome. Perfect in every way she helped him book every detail from the flights to the private transfers and so on. Would highly recommend Gail, have used her before and she really looks after you and is very personable. Thanks for making our honeymoon perfect!

Just back from my dream holiday to the Maldives & it was nothing short of paradise❤️Gail at redroute travel went above & beyond for us even getting us a upgrade to villa with pool whilst there. She’s a fabulous lady who’s fantastic at her job ❤️ Totally putting us at ease throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend using Gail and I certainly will be booking with her again. Gail helped me plan the most wonderful holiday to Dubai for my Mum’s 60th birthday. She was incredible with any questions and fitted in around my work schedule with phone calls and texts to arrange! She even got us a surprise of balloons, flowers, wine and cake in the hotel for our arrival. Thank you so much for creating a memory that will last a lifetime!

Redroute travel was totally efficient and the communication was excellent . So much nicer dealing with real people and having someone who seems to genuinely care about your holiday experience. Would definitely recommend 5 stars and thank you . Will be using them again.

Booked our Honeymoon with Gail Granville from Red Route travel. From the start she went above an beyond for us. If it wasn’t for Gail we wouldn’t of managed to get the hotel an honeymoon we wanted. She worked tirelessly to get it all sorted an kept us updated with everything that was happening. Can’t recommend Gail enough

Gail was brilliant when my girlfriend and I decided that we wanted to change our planned holiday for September which we had already booked through her to a later option, due of course to the current uncertainty around travelling abroad at the moment. She was very understanding when I spoke to her about this and quickly provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the matter. She then helped us to plan a new holiday for next January. A completely different location and type of vacation. She found us the perfect place to go from a very small brief and within our budget. This whole process took place over just a few days. The service was professional, personal and timely. She answered all questions and queries and was happy to make slight tweaks to meet our needs. I am now looking forward to a great break with the confidents it will be a smooth and well managed affair.
