Very Disappointing Experience
I placed an order on this website and completed the payment, but unfortunately I did not receive my product. I waited for several days and tried contacting customer support multiple times, but I did not get any clear response or proper update about my order.
There was no tracking information provided, and no refund was issued either. As a customer, this experience was extremely frustrating and stressful.
I was expecting professional service, but sadly my experience did not meet basic expectations. I would recommend others to be very cautious before making any purchase here.
