Good Serivce

James at Redline360 helped me out a ton picking up a new exhaust for my car. Although I wasn’t able to purchase an intake because of the California laws I would still purchase parts from here. Shoutout James🔥

Redline360 has treated me very well

Redline360 has treated me very well. I ordered an item and got a follow up email saying the part was out of stock. This to me is great customer service. The email also included a few alternative options if I didn’t want to wait for the original part to be back in stock. So I went with one of the alternatives and immediately received an email showing my order was received and part was being shipped out. Lastly, I’m on the east coast and the part is supposed to be here 3 days later!! I could not have asked for a better experience. Yves was great and handled my order very well. I will most certainly be ordering more in the future.

James was very helpful in notifying me of the downtime of the BC Racing Coilover custom kit with the swift springs and optional extenders for my 2013 Mazda Mazda 3 2.0L Skyactiv, he also made sure the fitment was correct for my model and trim.

Yves was an amazing help

Yves was an amazing help, i received an email saying that the axelback i wanted was out of stock. They emailed me within 20 minutes of my order informing me of this, and switched me over to a different axelback and EVEN priced matched it. i don’t think i’ve ever had such amazing service from anyone ever. 1000% recommend

I’ve been wrenching on cars for decades and I think I may have had the single best customer
Service interaction with Tim G, to date!
I’m looking for a particular coilover setup for a rather rare car and Tim brought everything/all the options to the table. He was quick, thorough, intentional and personal which is hard to find. Highly recommend Tim and Redline360. 11/10

Tim G. is top of the line

This is a review of Tim G., suspension expert. I purchased a suspension from Redline360 and reached out by email with some questions after my mechanic had some difficulty installing the back set. I got a reply from Tim the next day, and was on the phone with him in no time. With just a brief explanation, Tim got to the bottom of the issue and gave me solid advice on how to either find a great mechanic who would be excited to do the install, or how to install it myself. I do a lot of my own non-engine work, so I opted to try my hand. On two occasions, Tim made himself available by phone to talk me through a few steps where I wanted to be exactly sure I was doing things correctly. I’m very honestly never experienced such great customer service from a parts professional, and I was impressed with his expertise and willingness to share with me. I think he was as excited about me getting this on as I was.

Because of Tim and the quality of the product, I will definitely consider Redline360 for future purchases.

Tim of Redline360 knows suspensions - very helpful

I am in the process of improving the suspension of my 2005 Mustang GT. I reached out to Redline360 with a couple questions. Tim Griffith followed up and provided me a wealth of information. He is very knowledgeable and focused on helping me find the best solution. He was objective and fair. I plan to continue working with him to determine the best parts for the suspension system.

Tim Griffith over at Redline360 Cst support took amazing care of my concerns with my springs, and took the time to be as detailed as possible while providing options on alternatives or possible solutions I would recommend working with them!

Great company awesome service

Experienced a slight issue with the shipping company and Redline 360 customer service was amazing. They were really fast to respond and pleasant to deal with. They also had the best price i found and gave a great deal with fast shipping. The new hood showed up way faster than I expected. Great company with great people. Highly recommend

#1 customer service online!

I had ordered an exhaust system for my Mazda 3 hatchback. The price was great and it arrived here super quickly. There were some minor issues with the order but Dani and her team ar Redline360 took great care of my issues and treated me as if I was the number one priority. I will absolutely order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their car and support a smaller business that treats every custome as if they were V.I.P.'s

Great customer service, Yves at Redline360!

Ordered the Yonaka stainless catback for my RHD JDM eunos roadster (NA Miata). Was notified immediately “not in stock”, but Yves was awesome and offered me the Yonaka powder-coated black catback (more $) for the same price! Thanks Yves! Arrived in 2 days! And came with extras: hat, t-shirt, lanyard, and license surround. Just installed myself; looks fantastic and sounds great (hopefully even better after “break-in” and engine is warm for high revs)!
