Redline360 has treated me very well. I ordered an item and got a follow up email saying the part was out of stock. This to me is great customer service. The email also included a few alternative options if I didn’t want to wait for the original part to be back in stock. So I went with one of the alternatives and immediately received an email showing my order was received and part was being shipped out. Lastly, I’m on the east coast and the part is supposed to be here 3 days later!! I could not have asked for a better experience. Yves was great and handled my order very well. I will most certainly be ordering more in the future.

James was very helpful in notifying me of the downtime of the BC Racing Coilover custom kit with the swift springs and optional extenders for my 2013 Mazda Mazda 3 2.0L Skyactiv, he also made sure the fitment was correct for my model and trim.

This is a review of Tim G., suspension expert. I purchased a suspension from Redline360 and reached out by email with some questions after my mechanic had some difficulty installing the back set. I got a reply from Tim the next day, and was on the phone with him in no time. With just a brief explanation, Tim got to the bottom of the issue and gave me solid advice on how to either find a great mechanic who would be excited to do the install, or how to install it myself. I do a lot of my own non-engine work, so I opted to try my hand. On two occasions, Tim made himself available by phone to talk me through a few steps where I wanted to be exactly sure I was doing things correctly. I’m very honestly never experienced such great customer service from a parts professional, and I was impressed with his expertise and willingness to share with me. I think he was as excited about me getting this on as I was.
Because of Tim and the quality of the product, I will definitely consider Redline360 for future purchases.

I had ordered an exhaust system for my Mazda 3 hatchback. The price was great and it arrived here super quickly. Was notified immediately “not in stock”, but Yves was awesome and offered me the Yonaka powder-coated black catback (more $) for the same price! Thanks Yves! Arrived in 2 days! And came with extras: hat, t-shirt, lanyard, and license surround. Just installed myself; looks fantastic and sounds great (hopefully even better after “break-in” and engine is warm for high revs)!
