Purchased two lipliners not received.
I ordered two lipliners and they were sent by the courier Yodel, who left my parcel outside of my door and it unfortunately got stolen.
I complained to red label outlet and they came back with a photograph showing the parcel left outside my doorstep I argued that it it was not handed to me but left in an unsafe place in a commmunal area. To my dismay, Red label outlet said they were not obliged to refund me as the photo showed it was delivered to my front door. So I lost the parcel and money no fault of mine. ibut in my opinion, due to Yodels incompetence and the very least red label outlet should have done was replace the lipliners. Their customer service skills were appalling.

Really pleased with my purchase. I've ordered from this website a couple of times now. The prices are good and found a large variety of perfume. All came really well-packed. Customer service is good too and provide me with the tracking number of my order.

Absolutely love Red Label Outlet
Absolutely love Red Label! Ordered 2 very hard to find fragrances which were well priced and they arrived in the US in just 2 days! The one time I spoke with customer service, they were fantastic as well. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat!

Happy with my purchase.
Bought perfumes for my wife on Thursday, got the package delivered on Saturday morning. Fragrance seems to be genuine and wife`s happy with the item overall.

I was searching online for certain perfumes and came across this company. The price of the perfume I bought was excellent, very competitive comparing to the prices for the same product elsewhere.
