Red House came to sort my car out via Asda/Britannia Rescue. They attended within 25 minutes of me making the call. The operator was very friendly, very knowledgeable and got my car running within 5 minutes of arriving. He also gave me very useful advice for future reference. Highly recommended.

Speedy response to a late night call out. Friendly and cheerful which was much appreciated given the circumstances! Managed to sort the issue and get us going in super fast time and, whilst they were sent by the AA I would highly recommend as a separate entity.

Arrived within 40 minutes which exceeded the expected time. I was broken down in an unsafe place so they made sure I was dropped off somewhere safe and sheltered whilst I waited for my lift, as it was also raining. They made a difficult situation much easier for me.

They came on site within 30 minutes, and within another 30 minutes they had access the situation and what to do with our car.
We had arrived home and 2 hours later we gad a phone call from them(Paul), who informed us the car was secured and would be driven to the Nissan garage the following morning
