Great service as ever. Battery dead. Rang breakdown. Arrived within the hour, battery on board. Changed it over. Done. Really impressed with these guys. Have used them a few times before. Always a great service. Cannot recommend enough.

Arrived in really short time and were able to fix my car, they told me who was coming and the reg number of the recovery vehicle so I felt safe. Couldn’t fault the communication and service. I was soon on my way with advice of next steps needed. Thank you

Red House service station were called out by my breakdown company to help assist me.
They were with me within half an hour and diagnosed a faulty battery and got my car started within minutes.
The engineer that arrived,Matthew,was a really lovely chap and even had a smile for the miserable residents of Park Road,New Tupton who complained about me breaking down on 'their' road.

Brilliant Service, Very professional and friendly. It was a very stressful few months regarding our car but this experience was faultless. Thankyou so much.!!

Joel arrived quickly and completely put us at ease and got the car going as we were 2 hours from home and worried was going to need to very long tow ride !! He even said he would wait around whilst we tested the car just in case .. true professional thanks again really appreciate it

Pleasant gentlemen and very helpful! Quick job but explained throughout and offered tips on looking after the battery in future.

I couldn't fault them. It's stressful when I broke down and Redhouse do everything to remove that stress. Their app pinpoints my car and shows their progress to me, I knew they were on their way. The recovery person was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He soon had my car on the back of his truck and me in the cab, which was very clean, mind you it was almost brand new. I would recommend them.

I was kept informed of the expected time of arrival, and if the time had changed, I was also informed. The good thing about the service was that I could also track where the recovery driver was. The driver was very polite and helpful too.
