The purpose of our brand is to relieve these symptoms, not just to sell products. I would like to get further into your situation with you to learn more how we can improve the product, or how another of our products might fit into your wellness regimen. Of course menthol is an active ingredient in our pain cream due to it's cooling and deep penetrating properties. We can't mask the smell and that is why it is in the first line of our description of the product on our site. CBD itself is not always willing to work as a one-off. It often takes building it into your system in order to begin showing its anti-inflammatory properties. But there are other organic ingredients within the formulation to help with inflammation as well, such as arnica oil and capsaicin, so we of course are disappointed to hear you didn't find it all helpful.

I ordered two times, I received the first order (the pain cream bundle) but did not receive the second order.
The order I received was order # 1464; the order I did not receive was order # 1465 (pain cream). You did get the payment for the second order.

I have osteoarthritis in right thumb and wrist. I have no strength and a lot of pain. The cream is applied two to three times a day. It has done very little to relieve the pain.

I am very sorry also to hear that the Redeem product you ordered did not meet your expectations. We are proud of the formula and have found it to be effective for many of our customers willing to leave reviews on this platform. But sometimes we strike out.
I was hoping to get a little more information about your situation to see if we can exchange the product you purchased for something which might have a better measure of success. The topical cream is designed to locally treat your pain, but perhaps with a CBD oil tincture, taken orally, dealing systematically with the inflammation will yield more positive results.
In any case I wanted to discuss your experience further with you so you don't walk away from it feeling as though it was a failure. Let's exhaust the options and see if we can find you some relief. Daily pain...
I have only used this twice so far. I have another cbd cream from Medterra that I have been using. It’s 750mg. I wanted to use it up first. But when I did use it I felt it worked pretty good. I have bone in bone knees and sciatic nerve issues so I am in a lot of pain daily. Both creams ease my pain up
some. But yo be fair I will try to use your cream in a regular basis to give you a better review.

Love This Product!
I bought a bottle of the bacon Flavored Hemp Extract for my dog and she LOVES it. I have tried many other brands that she wasn't too fond of, and she gets excited to take it! She's 15 years old and it has helped significantly with her mobility and comfort.
