Degenerate alcoholic which is why his wife divorced this idiot & severe narcissist. Do not engage in ANY business activity with this loser who hides behind attorneys, trust fund money and his hipocrital catholic "faith" or support his commission based real estate agent business. He hides behind his "faith", money, greed and attorneys when pressed to be held accountable for his actions. He robbed me of almost 2 years of my time I will never get back while he was cheating on his wife prior to divorce, partying and traveling on a daily/weekly basis with his neighbor girlfriend while I sacrificed my livelihood, personal/business life & a 20 year business network I had built. He thinks he can walk away with $500,000 in property with over $100,000 in value add while compensating me $0 for all of the business advisory, consulting, personal labor & project management off the legwork of me. He wouldn't have either of these 2 investment properties if it weren't for my efforts. I shut down MY business in California to fully commit to building a Texas real estate investment portfolio. Guy is the epitome of a low life and needs to go to rehab for his addiction to alcohol. He drives around drinking, is drunk by noon, drinks at his open houses prior to clients showing up. HomeSmart should expell him from their brand unless they want this idiot representing their brand and brokerage. He can't recall a conversation 24 hours ago let alone realize the amount of work it requires to build a company since all he can comprehend is getting drunk and making $30,000 every time he sells a house. He'll take advantage of your time, skillset until he gets what he wants then strong arm you and harass you until you're forced to get legal help to fight for what's right. It isn't very nice robbing people of their time and skillset to financially benefit yourself. He midled me and made false promises and offers and once he got what he wanted, he pulled the rug on both the business operations and providing owner financing terms to m which is the entire reason I chose to help him add to his already generous 6-7 figure real estate portfolio in California. He did Jack shit sitting in California remotely while I have been stuck in Texas due to his actions now he has been trying I evict me for "rent payments not received". Nobody going to pay RENT to live in a construction site while working for free. I can't wait to go to court and talk to a judge who has a half a brain unlike Mr. Alcoholic Brain Rot
