I have to say I am extremely let down…

I have to say I am extremely let down by this company.

I met Joe who is the owner of the company at the time within our meeting we had an agreement even signed a contract to say for the price this is everything involved.

After the meeting I was advised by joe he will call me back the next day and I found out he was off until Monday

Monday morning I had an e mail sent to me to say the website is now built which is a very large project and for that to be built within 2-3 days I found very concerning however it has no Crm and nothing I asked for in the first place.

I was then advised that would be an extra cost when it was on our agreement what I signed for.

Please please be aware of this company sadly they will advise you they will do everything and promise u the world but then don’t come back to e mails and telephone calls and increase the price.

Thanks Joe for completley wasting my time and having now even less trust in website development.

Joe what your saying is completely incorrect your the one who said two months and I have the e mails but most of all importantly that I have the contract what we agreed Joe with my signature and your signature

Please Joe in future do not over promise and under deliver because that’s exactly what you have done here.

Also at the meeting Joe your the one who said that you will do it in four days and magically you do it in 3 days it’s extremely unprofessional how you have gone about things

Also not answering my calls ignoring every call it’s very rude.

Let’s leave it as a bad experience and we both move on.

But when you say to me that you didn’t agree I have the contract joe what we both signed too and then you tried to add work on to what was agreed in the contract.

"Dave" a.k.a. Daniel Day was in talks with us about construction of a new website and on-going marketing services. However no work was ever undertaken as Daniel expected us to get started right away but did not want to make payment until two months time, repeatedly sending emails saying things such as "Trust me I am good for the money." Daniel became increasingly expectant with his demands, insisting we create a fully functioning populated website, custom CRM system, set up social media channels, and have a visible Google presence within five days, all whilst never actually paying an initial deposit. We decided that his business was not a good fit for our agency and politely informed Daniel "Dave" that we think he would be better off finding an alternative provider for his car leasing company.

This review is not a fair reflection of our agency or work as he never actually worked with us.
