I found this business on a comparison site and the process was easy. Sam was helpful when I had any queries. Once the item was received by them the payment was processed quickly. Would use this business again to sell a phone.

Used recycle pro in the past never let me down, used it in the present never let me down and I will use it in the future as I’m sure they won’t let me down. Always sort me out and would recommend them 100%.

Firstly this review would be zero star's if it was possible on Trustpilot. Like many I received an excellent offer to recycle my old mobile phone and then upon receipt the offer is drastically reduced claiming damage to the device. My device was in pristine condition when posted and was sent off in it's original box and securely wrapped in a bubble wrap package. They sent photos of scratches to the screen, there's inconsistencies with the photos as one shows a scratch near the power button and another none. Also one appears to show a scratch with the end of the scratch lifting from the screen and having a reflection on the screen, how's that possible unless you are trying to deliberately alter the appearance of the phone. These scammers are deliberately offering the highest value so you send off the phone then they add minor blemishes to it to reduce your offer in the hope that you just accept the revised offer. They know that they will still make a sufficient profit because of the high volume of devices they receive with their initial offers that they have no intention of honouring. I requested my device back and the condition has been changed, they also failed to return the original box that it was sent off in. My next action will be to contact Trading Standards and as many other consumer protection sites as business practices like this needs to be addressed urgently.

No complaints from me. Sam needed info from me and when I sent it to him, payment was sent.

Cowboys- don't deal with them - you will be shafted

Sold my iPhone- they received on 16/09/23. No answer from them for 5 days then I asked for update. The update was that my phone has a scratch and reduced quote of £100 less. I can not argue about that they have the goods and can say anything that suits them.

I wonder what the price of my phone would be If I want to buy it back.

I wish I read the reviews before selling to this company.

I used Recycle pro to sell my phone. The whole process was easy, communication with Sam was great. Excellent service I will recommend.

Ordered my device before the new iPhone announcements. 2 days later they said there was a system “glitch” and as such the value has dropped from £600 to £540.
Completely unacceptable and is fraudulent, the real reason is just to increase their own profits whilst they fob you off. DO NOT use this company - use another more reliable company.

I sent my pixel 7 to them on the 10th of August I get an email on the 12th saying they received the phone and once it's been checked payment will be made in 24 hours, I emailed them on the 15th to find out the progress of the order and they didn't reply on the 16th when still I hadn't had payment or response I emailed again and told them I would escalate this if they didn't reply, I got an email back saying sorry for the delay payment will be in my account that day,I actually got payment today 17th a week after posting, luckily I wasn't desperate for the money I was annoyed though, not only didn't the pay when they said they would they didn't keep me updated and I didn't even know if they was paying the quoted amount untill the payment went in and I could see it in my bank, personally I'd suggest if your selling to avoid these especially if your in need of money try selling private or going into a store.

Using Recycle Pro to sell a phone that I was no longer using was so simple and easy to do! I was kept up to date with the process throughout and got a reply to any queries literally within 10 minutes! From them receiving my phone to payment was so quick. I was very impressed and will definitely be using them in future

Sent my phone in. Had to chase up whether it arrived or not. Got an offer back £63 less than what was offered citing 1b condition or something. Asked for phone back and it came back without the box I had sent it in. Used webuyanyphone who valued it at a similar price and gave that price. Go to them not this company.

From start to finish the whole process was smooth. Best price by a mile and payment in account the same day. Can not fault. Highly recommend!

Phone sent in perfect condition, bubble wrapped in bag, but 2 days later I've received email that my phone has some scratches and they reduce money to pay from £65 to £40. I tried to reply that I disagree because I knew my phone was in immaculate condition , but every time my email was failed to send. Next day after few phone calls they increased my money to £50. So be ready they pay less than offered. I give 2 stars only for fast money transfer.
