Great experience.
Better value than replacement of carcass and doors. This company takes the doors away and had them factory sprayed. Top quality Finnish.
A very personal service.

While having every confidence in Jen. I am sorry to say we have not had a good experience , mostly happy with doors sprayed on site, we found the in-house painting to be awful. My husband has had to repaint where possible.

I can't recommend Recreate Kitchens highly enough, the whole service end to end was first class. Communication was swift and the fitters were really friendly and prompt.

The workmanship is excellent and the transformation of our kitchen is outstanding, you really can't tell that it wasn't the colour it now is all along. I had a concern that it would scratch and wear but it's been a few months now and there is no sign of that happening.

Overall, great value for money and brilliant service, thank you.

Jen and the team carried out a kitchen refurb for us in May. It was a professional and stress free service from start to finish. We are delighted with the standard of the work, and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Kitchen doors were removed super quickly by the amazingly friendly team. They were returned to us within 3 weeks looking absolutely amazing.

Yesterday I had my re-sprayed kitchen cupboards and drawers fitted back into my kitchen. They look wonderful, just as I hoped they would look. Sprayed London Stone, beautifully finished. The guys who fitted them were very thorough with fitting and painting all the remaining parts of the cabinets on site. Customer service from Jen was lovely and I would certainly recommend this company. I thought the price was reasonable for all the service and end product. Thank you

What can I say! Absolutely Amazing! My kitchen looks like something out of a magazine now. I did a lot of searching, reading reviews & decided on Recreate kitchens as they are only one of a few that don’t spray in the house! They paint it on, a better finish, no brush marks, top quality. The whole experience was top notch, from Jen, who is so helpful & easy to talk to & very knowledgeable, to the guys Stu & Dave who came back to finish the fitting of my doors & painting anything else they couldn’t take away. They take total pride in there work, & won’t leave till it’s 110% & your happy. It’s great to know there are still companies out there that do a Proper quality job!!! My kitchen looks like I’ve paid out £25k+ Will recommend 110%. Thanks again Jen & the gang.

Jen and her team came to do our kitchen today. What an amazing team of people. They were efficient, very friendly and extremely good at what they do.
Our kitchen looks absolutely stunning!!!! They also sprayed our old sideboard which our dog had chewed as a puppy, when they carried it in I was convinced they'd just bought us a new one, the workmanship is superior!! We would highly recommend Recreate kitchens they do exactly what they say they will do and so much more. Glad to have experienced your company

Amazing job done on our kitchen. One month in we are very happy! We have a large kitchen and Stuart and team took great care and attention to detail. Finish is good quality and result exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend👌

Very happy with our ‘new’ kitchen. Colour is what we wanted. Communication with the business was fine. Cupboard doors were collected promptly and returned in line with expectations. Stuart and colleague were friendly and got on with the job. Jen who does admin was helpful. It looks good and is a darn sight cheaper than a whole new kitchen. Would use them again.

Had received a quote from Jen for almost £2000 to repaint my tiny kitchen, although quote was 3 times the price of my other quote I decided to use them as they were local. They actually turned up to do the quote and measure up with a scrap of paper to write down details of the job, I never received an official quote or receipt for the job ?. I paid cash for the job. They cancelled the start date 3 times, on the day of the app, which was disappointing, but I still decided to use them. The job was done in less than half a day, I wasnt home when they completed the job, when I returned home I noticed that after one day the paint had chipped off in several places! It was a mess! I took pics and sent to Jen, they agreed to come back and re paint - Stuart actually said when he arrived, “I will be totally honest it was me who did a lot of the damages, as I am clumsy” - I felt like saying, well why did you re fit the doors and drawers, if you saw you had damaged the paint - we are talking large areas of damage here! Again after a few days the paint was chipping off again in several areas. Sent Jen a Message, she then got Stuart to call me. I was absolutely amazed at his response- on the call he continued to shout at me, saying that the chips didnt even warrant a phone call and that he had left me a small amount of paint and to re paint the chips myself. He actually said that this is why he leaves some spare paint so that customers can repair any damages / chips themselves. He said that he thought he did a good job considering the state of my kitchen! I was disgusted with his unprofessional approach. I ended the call as I was so upset - I messaged Jen and advised how upset I was with the state of my kitchen and also Stuarts response - and asked her is this the way she runs her business- she replied that she would call at my home to try to sort - she cancelled and advised she was ill, and that she would message me again on 26th Jan - I am still waiting - not had any further contact. I am left with a shoddy job on my kitchen and no receipt or response from them! Just wanted to leave an honest review so others are aware. Please contact me if you need to see pics of shoddy workmanship as I cant add to this review.

Highly recommended! The standard of service was excellent and super efficient.
We were so impressed by the quality of the finish and absolutely love our new kitchen.

I had my kitchen doors painted dark blue. They coloured matched it perfectly and the finish and quality of work is exemplary. On top of that, everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and extremely courteous and a real pleasure to deal with. It’s great to find a company with real customer service values that cares about what it does and it’s customers. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. I now have my lovely oak doors beautifully repainted rather than a laminate where I’d be limited to the colours available.

I obtained a quote on 21 August 2020 to respray my kitchen, which I accepted and was promised a call at the end of September to agree a date to proceed. 30 September and no contact from Recreate Kitchens, so I emailed them to find out what was happening. I received a response late that same evening, and I quote " I take full responsibility for that and have just called to apologise. A complete error by me for not writing out a job sheet, do you wish to continue?" These things happen and as I had waited this long so agreed to continue, and requested a time scale. 1st October received this reply" will start next week. I will advise as soon as I speak to the team and will call you on Sunday (4/10)." Well I should have learnt my lesson from the initial experience. It is now Sunday 11th October, another week passed, and still no phone call and no work started. 2 months wasted on this company so I will start my search again for a company that actually cares about its customers and can actually deliver, rather than just make hollow and empty promises.
