I was in agony with sciatica and Josh came at short notice and upon the first few minutes I knew I had made the right choice. His knowledge and skill helped me immensely and the pain lifted away. Josh put me at ease throughout the whole process and I felt extremely relaxed. Would highly recommend this very talented young man. Thank you Josh
After suffering from Achilles tendinitis in the build up to my Ironman event, I required support with my rehab. Josh was friendly, professional and provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend and will continue to book in.
Josh is an amazing and insightful sports therapist. So good at explaining what he’s doing and making sure you’re comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing some help with sore body and muscles.

I have had back pain for 8+ years, I have recently been in agony with my lower back pain to the point where I didn’t even want to get out of bed and move.
Josh came to my home, he was very professional and accommodating asking me where my pain was!
He even gave me extra stretches to do at home myself that he knows will help me! He definitely knows his stuff!
I literally ran up the stairs after, I hardly feel any pain at all now and I feel so relaxed!
Josh has definitely fixed my back! I will be using his amazing and professional service again!

Recover Pro Josh was absolutely amazing! I’m a pro basketball player and he knew just what I needed to recover my body throughout the week going in the game!! From athletes to non athletes I will highly recommend recover pro!!! It’s amazing how great Josh is and he’s already just starting!!

I had deep tissue massage and cupping done by josh. An absolute brilliant time. As an athlete just what I needed to keep my body in check and sort all my shoulder issues out.
He was also really bubbly and made sure you was comfortable at all times. Will definitely be using him throughout my season.
Josh knew what he was doing and helped massively with my knee. He also went the extra mile by offering help whenever if I drop a message. He was also easy to talk to and helpful throughout sessions.
Came in with an issue that was likely to be joint related, so wasn’t sure how much I could be helped. But found an issue in my shoulder and helped relieve some other tension.
I’ve been having back issues for a while and have seen many different physios and chiropractors but a big issues at the minute is price and availability. Recover pro are amazingly priced affordable and do amazing work my back feels flexible and free of pain.

RecoverPro recently supported a race at Shipley Park. The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. Advice was given following a massage, which my legs felt better after.
I saw Josh for a sports massage and my legs were very tight I feel amazing now, he even told me good exercises to do to ensure My legs don’t get too tight I will definitely be back!
