I’ve worked with a few software companies before, and honestly Reco Universal was just okay for me. The devs definitely knew what they were doing and they got the job done in the end. But communication was a bit hit and miss. I found myself chasing them for updates more than once. The final product turned out fine, but I think they could do better with keeping clients in the loop and managing the project timeline.

We brought in Reco Universal for a healthcare operations project. Once it was finally up and running, the system did what we needed, it helped us manage workflows and internal processes. The team got our requirements, so that part was good. But getting there took longer than we expected, and updates were spotty. We had to chase them a few times just to know where things stood. Overall it works, but communication during the build could be better.

The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about delivering quality work. The final product exceeded our expectations, and I'd definitely work with them again.

I had a very amazing experience working with Reco Universal. The team was professional and easy to communicate with. I had opportunities to work on meaningful projects and learn new technologies and improve my skills.
And management was also approachable and provided clear guidance when needed.
Overall, it was a good place to grow and work with helpful people.
