I was quite skeptical about the whole process of setting aside a Criminal Felony in AZ. I was told by another Attorney that it was hard and really may not be beneficial. I can’t believe I waited to “set-a-side” or “Expunge” my record, if you are debating on whether or not to do so, don’t wait it’s given me a fresh start from a foolish mistake I did while graduating high school. Successful resolution but it took longer than I anticipated - 3 months. Also, at the court date the court discovered more fines that needed to be paid that I would have thought the attorney would have discovered before the court date and thereby avoided the delay
