I ordered a 26 inch wig that was in the color red with curls. I would say the wig is very beautiful but the curls did not last throughout the 1st day of wearing it. Typically, any wig that I've ever purchased that had any type of body wave or curl, whether it be synthetic or real hair, the curls lasted for as long as I owned the wig. I'll have to curl it every time I wear it now which I'm disappointed about but the color and value for the wig was good enough for me to be happy with it.

I had the BEST experience with RECOOL hair. The wig was exactly what I ordered, 30in middle part beach wave glueless and it gave just that! The lace was precut, pre plucked, and it came with a draw string so that I could tighten it to my liking. I ordered it February 28th, and I got me wig March 9th which is very quick! Recool hair is the best choice for me and it should be the best choice to you!

My experience was great because the company kept me updated on my order I received it very fast as well and it was also shipped fast too the wig is beautiful and I will definitely tell my friends about recool hair and definitely order again

It is one thing to false advertise a product, another to refuse to refund someone their back for and item that was falsely advertised. Spent all my hard working money to buy a 250% density 30 inch and all i got was a cheap ass wig that looked like and smell like plastic and shreds so badly. I emailed and asked for a refund and I was given points and a bunch of excuses as to why the wig is the way it is. And is refusing to refund me my $250.99 . Even shein has better hair than than this. If you want good wigs go to ISEEHAIR. I took a chance on this company and I regret it with my last breath. RECOOL can I get my refund of $250.99 please no dramas

I only get hair from this company, the seller is so nice and genuine and the hair always comes early. The quality is amazing and gorgeous! I am going to Ghana and I hope it holds up very well and I think it will.

First of all, I love the texture of this hair. It looks so natural. It is a little bit thin but the body is so great. The price was reasonable and the shipping was quick. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 is because of the shedding. Otherwise, I love.

I ordered a reddish brown wig and it took about an extra week for it to be customized and im so happy they took their time because it was SO WORTH ITTT!!!! THE UNIT IS SOFT LONG AND THE LACE EATTTSSSS!!! The color is legit beautiful it looks exactly like the models. I will be buying from them again. If you thinking recool just do it girl!

I ,must say I was def skeptical. Their customer sevice on my first return was immediate and courteous. I will keep trying until im happy with my choice. The hair was everything. Soft texture and accurate.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! This is my first and last time! I have had the worst experience i bought a gluless drawstring silky straight 250 density wig the wig was nice but wasn't 250 density which is why i wanted to return it. I used the number they have for "what's app" I asked for the address and they kept insisting that I keep the wig or gift it to a friend and offered a discount on my next purchase I declined. When I finally got the address they seen I wrote a review on trustpilot and wanted me to delete my review i returned the wig Jan 7 it is now the 24 of January I have no wig or my money back. I will never buy from this company again BEWARE OF RECOOL HAIR!!!!!

The quality of the wig is so good and the company always replies to emails on time whether it be queries or follow ups on the delivery of the package. I definitely recommend Recool Hair.

I am big on customer service and professionalism, and this company is top tier in both areas! Every time I have ordered a wig from them, they communicate with me via text message. Whenever I need my order expedited, they ensure that the delivery courier rush my order. The quality of their hair is always, always AMAZING!!! I get a lot of compliments and I refer women to this company’s website.

Edit: I’m now being told that if I don’t add my personal details, my review will be taken down. I’ve now added my details. It’s clear Recool contacted Trust Pilot to try and silence me but your plan will NOT WORK. In addition, when you were providing me with horrible customer service, I went to social media to complain and you BLOCKED me on TikTok! 🤣 shows how much of a scam company you are. Your address says America but you wanted me to pay for a return to China. You also claim to provide human hair but the evidence you provided to my bank said synthetic.
I regret spending £1 with this company.

Absolute scammers. They sent me a wig which smelt like rotten fish. It was also completely different from the pictures. I ended up having to go through my bank to get a refund. Don’t buy from them!!

I got my hair from Relcool, and let me just say this hair is absolutely amazing! It’s 100% human hair, and the texture feels so soft and silky…I’m honestly obsessed! It’s so beautiful that I literally don’t even want to take it off I feel like sleeping in it…This is hands down the first wig I’ve ever bought that truly feels this natural and luxurious…Recool really outdid themselves this hair is giving everything it’s supposed to give I love it so, so much! 💕✨🔥🫂
