My order was received promptly and well packaged. I had some teething problems with using the laptop with dual screens. I emailed and received advice, after trying a few things still no luck. The company arranged for a courier to pick up the laptop and they resolved the issues their end and returned the laptop promptly. They didn't request for me to pay for the courier costs and I was really grateful. Great service. Thanks

Laptop was exactly as described, great spec for a good price. Listed as Grade B refurbish but other than a couple of very slight marks on the shell there is nothing wrong with it at all. Very happy.
Requested a hold on delivery due to being away and this was honoured, with the machine arriving the working day after being shipped to my request. I did email just to check the delivery and got a response very quickly that confirmed my expectations.

Ordered a laptop that was excellent condition. First week of having it, it worked fine. Then it broke. Won't turn on and won't register a charge. Ive tried contacting sales via email and have had no response.

I cannot rate high enough. I've now purchased two items from them- a laptop and a monitor. On both occasions I have had excellent customer service when I called to get some advise. For the monitor they went out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I needed as I had some pretty specific needs and also had great follow up service when I had a small issue with the laptop. I am a complete novice when it comes to computes. I made a phone call and spoke to Oliver he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I discussed what I needed the laptop for and gave him my price limit Oliver made suggestions I ordered a dell laptop and monitor they arrived within a couple of days well packed but not over the top. To say I was happy with the quality and condition is an understatement they looked brand new no marks or scuffs. I will definitely be using this company again and would recommend everyone to consider buying reconditioned equipment I have received an amazing deal and saved hundreds of pounds. Thank you 😊

On Feb 29th '24 I sent the guys a couple of emails regarding a Dell Precision 5530 i7 32GB. They got back to me within the hour and answered any queries I had. That night I ordered up and the following afternoon I received an email with DPD tracking number.

It arrived, packaging is well protected but not ott. Upon opening I could see it that physically it was very clean. It was categorized as Grade B and in my opinion it's a very good B.. There's one scuff on the top and I expected a few more as it's a good few year old now.. The screen & speakers seem to flawless, keys and touchpad are all lovely. It's too early to comment on Battery life but it's a high spec I7 and I got 5 hours while downloading and installing AutoCAD, Solid works, Visual Studio, SSMS, & few more apps I need for work.

I ran a Passmark hardware test how it performs & for a 4 year old laptop I'm very happy with everything.

Product and Presales service A+.. & Hopefully, I don't run into any issues in the near future.

I received the computer and after 3 hours it stopped working, to the point you can not even boot it. The computer seems to have been checked by someone called Mihal. I have initiated the refund via PayPal. This is a scam company so very careful with them.

Good price for the laptop. However, my issue was the dispatch/ delivery time.Ordered 3/9/23 during the day and confirmation email stated 'delivery 2-3 days'. BUT the laptop wasn't dispatched until the 6th!DPD delivered it today the 9th October. I thought I would have had it for the weekend to set it up ready for today. Disappointing.

The laptop was clean and in great condition, Windows was installed and ready to to go. Genuine Dell charger and the battery ran for at least 4hrs saying 40%. Asked by email about an option and it was shipped in 24hrs.

After another Tech Recycler failed twice: I will go straight here next time.

I have just used this company for a windows laptop, decided to go down the refurb route as was cheaper and environmentally better, the customer service was great when I phoned to check up on dispatch and the laptop was sent out next day delivery by DPD, considering its refurbishment laptop its in showroom nick, clean, no scratches that I can find and is a good quality laptop, it's just a basic one no frill s but just ehat I want, thanks for a great deal
