The reconditioned laptop is tidy and works well. It's great that it has a new lease of life!

There was an issue with the battery on the laptop not charging. I emailed, had a reply the same day, and a new battery was in the post, which fixed the problem

great prices, good to almost instant comunication, i need a new hard drive and thinking about one of their great laptops again good price up spec'ed laptop. the items came really well wrapped as you'd expect for HDD's, my only confusion was i ordered it between xmas and NY i missed the sigh saying it was closed then. but i still got a reply as to when to expect my del wow. and the other desiding factor was it was recommerced kind of recycled like new, the drive was empty and partitioned im much pleased now i need some other items thanks guys most impressed..

Excellent laptop fast delivery I highly recommend them top star's

I ordered a 3 Year guarantee in December and dutifully paid the £30 plus postage of £5.50 for postage. Unfortunately they never post out guarantees but keep it on there computer system without any documentation being sent . Their response was the computer always charged £5.50 for all orders under £50.00. It was my fault for not paying out more when buying the computer. They carry on telling me by email that the 2year and 3 year of the guarantee need to be taken up as if they have no record. The gentleman at the other end of phone call told me he had more important work to do than deal with the problem. Quick enough to take your money and try to squeeze you for more than being up front about their problems and as such I will have to hope nothing goes wrong for the next three years without documentation. Also I was told that I was Lucky that the battery which they did not include in refurbishment if it worked for up to 3 hours not being charged.

I want my laptop returned immediately. The lack of updates and support is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

The phone turned up wrapped in bubble wrap with no charger, not what I was expecting, also used dpd for delivery who didn't even try to deliver to my front door, sent a pic of back gate then dropped to a shop for me to collect.as a disabled person with no immune system this puts me at risk which is why I pay for postage when Click and collect is free postage isnt. Tracking wasn't great either

Item was not as described. Grade A - Excellent was advertised. Laptop lid was Grade C - Fair. Otherwise the service was V. Good.

Good quality Dell monitor and Optiplex micro form factor PC. Very quick delivery. Only 3 stars as there was a sticky residue on the front panel (maybe a sticker was over the front USB ports?) and, of more concern, I had to change the BIOS battery as the PC wasn’t retaining the time and day.

This is the first time I’ve bought a reconditioned device and I’m very pleased with it. It was delivered quickly and although the condition was described as ‘fair’ there were only minor scratches on the outside of the laptop. I specifically wanted a touchscreen and a new one would’ve been out of my budget so this is perfect and great value for money. It also makes me feel good that I’m helping the environment by buying a perfectly good used laptop. I recommend Recommerceit.

Excellent experience. First time buying a reconditioned computer and was a bit nervous. So pleased with what we got. 10 yr old sons first computer and he's over the moon with it. Never off the thing! All in excellent condition and packaged really well. Will definitely go to these guys again when the other 3 kids need a comp. Thanks!
