Reclamet (Holdings) Limited Recensioni

Got recommended reclamet by a friend who used their services previously. I had the pleasure of dealing with Christine via email. She was professional and polite through out the dealings. Once a scheduled date was established, the car was picked up with a couple days. The driver was punctual and polite. Overall I would highly recommend reclamet.

My experience was really good. Everything went so smooth without stress

The whole experience from start to finish was really great and efficient. Sian was amazing and so helpful! Collection was smooth- would 100% recommend to friends and family!

We had a large amount of metal to get rid of in a short period of time so we called Reclamet and they had skips and ro-ro's on turnaround for 2 solid weeks. We managed to get changeovers on short notice and Sian and Jamie went out of their way to help us out. All paperwork and transfer notes were sent out straight away and they were a pleasure to work with!

I have used Reclamet on a few occasions to dispose of vehicles that are not cost effective to repair. My most recent experience was my Mini Cooper Clubman. The service that Reclamet provide is nothing short of outstanding. The staff are 1st rate. They give crystal clear instructions on what I was required to do, explained what they would do and did it. The whole experience was completely stress free. The payment was reasonable and in my account when the car was collected. Thank you Reclamet

Easy to work with and offer fair value for what we sold. Great friendly team who do all the work for me.

I can’t thank these guys and girls enough. Work like but also have a personal touch, Sian was amazing from start to finish with the care and how bubble she was. This was car 4 I used them for and won’t use anyone else ode.

Dom collected my he couldn't be more helpful and the way he went about his job was so professional

Fantastic service. Very efficient. The product was better than expected, at a reasonable cost.
Abi from Reclamet was very helpful during our conversations.

Very knowledgable staff who were extermemly helpful, polite and courteous. Competitive pricing.

I have used a number of salvage yards over the years, and none have come close in terms of efficiency and ease with which the whole process took place. Lovely girls in the office, and a very smiley polite young man at the recovery end. Perfect service, well done.

Can’t fault the staff at all, the staff are absolutely amazing

Can’t believe how quickly mark (collection driver) got the vehicle on the carrier despite the clutch being knackered- he was brilliant

Thank you all so much for your help

I have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone that needs a scrap company

Many thanks

Lesly

Reclamet has made the process of scrapping our car very easy after it broke down. Very reassuring patient people on the phone and expedient stress free process. We have everything we need and can move on and focus on a new car with some money towards it. Thank you.

Have been really helpful from initial quote to collection of car. Lovely staff and driver. Would absolutely use them again if needed and have no problem recommending them.

Highly recommend this company, I have just moved to the area and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again! Thank you very much

Really friendly staff. Paid top rates for scrapping my car. Quick collection and payment made the same day. 100000% recommend them. Was a very easy transaction. Great communication cannot fault them at all.

competitive quote, extremely efficient seam free service and money received same day- would definitely recommend

The service from start to finish was absolutely brilliant and stress free.

I was scrapping my old car and their customer service was exemplary. From the quote they gave me for my car (matching a quote I had received from a general car scrappage website) through to the pickup and final payment everything was handed professionally.

Very good quote for my car. Sian was brilliant and the guy who collected my car was great ( sorry I didn't get his name).
Would strongly recommend.
