If I could give no stars I would poor quality nothing like pictures product was unusable refund non existent they just ig note do not buy from this company its a scam I am reporting to standards agency and Facebook fraudulent trading

Das ist ein Fakeshop. Mehr nicht. Kein Impressum , auf Facebook lauter verschiedene Adressen, keine davon gibt es. Ich wollte für meine Freundin 4 solche Formen. Nach 3 Wochen und unzähligen Mails nichts. Ist in den 3 Wochen nicht mal verschickt worden. Alles was ich wollte waren 4 Formen für meine Freundin, bekommen habe ich Nichts außer Stress und Ärger. Fake, Fake, Fake.

They kept me informed & were generally effecient.
I wasn't sure where the Items were coming from, but delivery wasn't too long, & they arrived undamaged.

Very impressed with the quality of this item. Ordering was easy, delivery excellent. I am sure I will use it for a long time.

Kept up to date right from receiving the order, leaving the shipping company through customs both ends. When the final company relay received it they kept me informed received time and date and despatch time along with updates on delivery times

Ce qui a rendu mon experience si positive c'est en premier que ma mere a vraiment recu sa livraison. Et 2e c'est que son crayon est vraiment beau comme sur le site. Pour moi les points forts de cette entreprise sont les 2 points que je viens de mentionner.

Extremely Disappointing – Product Completely Misrepresented and One Month Delivery for an Unusable Item. If I could give -10 stars, I would!!!!

This has been one of the most disappointing online purchases I have ever made.

I ordered this product as a birthday present for a friend and waited an entire month for delivery. After waiting all that time, I was shocked and extremely disappointed to receive a product that looks nothing like the item advertised on the website.

The photographs and presentation on the website created completely unrealistic expectations. The product I received is substantially different in appearance, quality, presentation, and even packaging. It is so poorly presented and so different from what was advertised that it is completely unsuitable to give as a gift.

Because of this, I was left without a birthday present for my friend, despite ordering well in advance and waiting an entire month for the delivery. The time wasted and the disappointment caused are extremely frustrating.

What makes this experience even worse is the seller's response. Rather than acknowledging that the product delivered does not match the product advertised, the website refuses to reimburse me and expects me to accept responsibility for returning an item that was misrepresented in the first place.

This is completely unacceptable.

I did not change my mind about the purchase. I did not order the wrong product. The product I received simply does not correspond to what was shown and advertised on the website. Customers should be able to rely on the photographs and descriptions when making an online purchase.

A month-long wait for a product that cannot even be used for its intended purpose, followed by a refusal to provide a proper refund, is an appalling customer experience.

I strongly regret ordering from this website and would not recommend it to anyone. If you are considering purchasing from this store, be extremely cautious. What you see in the photographs may apparently be very different from what you actually receive.

Terrible product, misleading presentation, unacceptable delivery time, and extremely poor customer service.

IN ADDITION TO THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT GIVING ME LITTLE REFUND I MANAGED TO NEGOTIATE!!!! SINCE 3 WEEKS THEY SAYING ME THEY HAVE PROBLEMS ISSUING IT WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE. THEY JUST TRYING TO MAKE ME RENOUNCE MY CLAIM FOR REFUND. THIS SHOP IS A FRAUD!!!PLEASE NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PAGE
