Nice looking trampoline, however, a set of legs got bent in a storm. Rebo/outdoortoys refused to help us with spare parts. After many emails back and forth, the best they could do was to tell us to search ebay and amazon for spare parts. They are the only reseller of rebo trampolines on amazon, so that was a waste of time. In addition, over the whole summer , there was only one person on ebay who had parts for sale and they had no legs. Even if they did, this was a second hand trampoline and safety of the parts would not be guaranteed.

So you take a risk by purchasing an expensive trampoline, when the company may refuse to help you with spare parts.

Had (back in 2015) bought a 10ft trampoline and it lasted beautifully until last year. Last year I purchased another to replace it, and 13 months later there is a literal break in the trampoline bed where the springs are to tension. This is on top of over 20 springs needing to be replaced over the 12 months its been used (only by a very slim 13yo). Then to go one the website to realise this only had a 12 month warranty. Exceptionally disappointed.

Appalling dispatch time and customer service .
No responce to email , but did answer the phone after 22 mins of waiting!
Strangely enough they could see my email immediately I mentioned it .
Item not dispatched after 8 days , so I've cancelled the order .
Let's see how long it takes them to refund my money (£273) despite not dispatching item

Not an appalling after service, no after sales service. They simply couldn’t care once they have your money. Wish I had never bought from them.

Within 12 months one pole snapped and the trampoline started rusting. Contacted customer support via email and took weeks and several messages (phone was always engaged or no answer) and when they finally replied, they told me it was now outside warranty and wanted £35 + postage for half of a pole. At that price it is well over £600 just for the poles on a £300 trampoline. Appalling quality to break so easily and rubbish service. Look elsewhere for a quality trampoline.

Within a year my trampoline is a rust bucket and the enclosure poles have started breaking and I can’t seem to get replacements for them even though I tried. Worse trampoline I have purchased yet others have cost me less

Rebo 14x10 trampoline is about a year old. Has rust everywhere. Do not waste your money with them. Hat to have rods replaced because they snapped. Pad replaced because it perished. The release pins for the poles sieze in place so it's almost impossible to take down for weather. Bolts sheared because of rust. Springs rusted. Enclosure net poles snapped off because of rust around the bolt. Rust everywhere!!

OMG I got this for Christmas a few years ago and i go on it 2 times a day for 3 hours it was an amazing trampoline it was my world I’ve only gone 5 days without id i already miss it 😪 as it was recently blown away in storm Arwen (i was wondering if it is insured) but i defo recommended this product u will make so many memories with this thing

Amazing. I left a review as my daughter did not receive the right colour slide.

Anyway after leaving a review I got a message from Customer Service and they have resolved the issue.

In 2 months I purchased 2 toys from this rogue company. I may aswell as set fire to nearly £1000.
Both toys faulty on arrival, checklists followed and re followed by another party.
1 toy was a discovery for my daughter’s birthday and the other a quad bike for my sons birthday.
Complained, sent a check list which as I said followed carefully as did someone else.
Went back to this rogue company to only get ignored.
Went through PayPal. They said I’d need to get details from an approved engineer to state why the gifts are faulty!! These toys were bought brand new off this appalling company.
I work 80 hour weeks, have 2 small children, wanted to get them something nice for their birthdays and have to deal with all the above and they’re still left with presents and I’m hundreds of pounds down of money ive worked incredibly hard for.
I hope this company go bust.
I still intend to report to ombudsman, when im not working trying to make up for all the money you’ve robbed off me. They need seriously investigating.
Absolute disgrace of a company

Total pile of rubbish. We bought a Berg trampoline a year before the Rebo one. The berg one is in great condition still yet the rebo one (despite having a cover- covered most of the time) is literally falling apart around the edge and has lost its spring. Contacted Rebo who aren’t interested, just said go back to seller, the seller... doesn’t exist anymore!!!!

Great trampoline. Very bouncy!! Seems well built....only time will tell.

Fantastic trampoline - relatively easy to assemble - I’d recommend following the instructions to the absolute letter to make it as simple as possible. But once up, it’s brilliant. Hours of fun!
