Fantastic service! I had a problem with a delivery and as soon as I emailed to ask for help Charles, the owner, was on the phone to me to get it sorted out. The next morning Danielle was in touch to let me know about re delivery. Top notch personal service!

I have received a few orders and have been delighted with everything so far! A small amount of wastage is expected with pre-loved but there really wasn’t much. Charles is also a pleasure to deal with and is very honest and upfront as well as being as helpful as he can be to provide what you’re looking for! I will definitely be a regular customer.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! The pre-loved wholesale items I received—ranging from beautiful vintage clothing to dresses and accessories—completely exceeded my expectations. The quality was outstanding, with many pieces from brands such as Monsoon and Seasalt Cornwall, in fantastic condition which was such a pleasant surprise.

Bad experience. I ordered a big reseller clothing bundle, but all the items arrived ripped and in very bad condition. They were impossible to sell. Very disappointed.

I purchased a 20kg box of women’s best label mix, and a man’s mix, a handful of items that could be listed straight away of reasonable quality, in with the rest was items that needed work, hems that had come down, buttons missing and numerous items unsalable! I understood they are not graded and that is why they are cheap but not worth the few bits that you can! Pretty much everything needed washing and the men’s box was full of Primark joggers and hoodies which were so bobbled most had to be binned!

Tried for the first time earlier this year, I’ve now ordered many boxes and haven’t been disappointed, the prices are very reasonable, I’m now a customer for life

Ordered 35 kg vintage and women’s all seasons and received like 90 items, jackets, jeans, joggers, etc, which is a great number. I would buy again, good bargain.

This company is amazing! I bought 2 boxes for £120 and as a deal on their website I got 4 boxes of 20kg each! I was amazed at the customer service as I had a few questions before I ordered, and they were all answered within minutes of sending the message!

I want to personally thank Charles who answered all my questions even the night before delivery when I texted late at night and me knowing it was late I didn't expect a response till the morning but no about 10 mins later Charles responded to me!

There was a slight problem with the shipping side when the boxes needed to be delivered, but it wasn't their fault, it was where I lived and Parcelforce who delivered the 4 parcels!

For anyone looking at purchasing from them, what are you waiting for, order from them! They have the best items and best prices out there, as well as amazing customer service! If you are buying from them the boxes are big so make sure you have room for the boxes to place! All items come neatly folded and nicely presented!
