Die Puppen sehen ganz anders aus als auf den Bildern. Wenn man darauf hinweist heißt es jede Puppe ist ein Unikat und kann daher etwas anders aussehen. Nach dem wir es zurück schicken wollten müssten wir das auch noch auf eigene Kosten nach China senden. Nun hat man es dort wohl nicht entgegen genommen! Bestellt lieber nichts dort!

98 Euro für furchtbar aussehende, stinkende Horrorpuppe bezahlt, die ich meinem Kind sicher nicht antun werde, könnte aus einem Horrofilm sein
Werde dauernd vertröstet, müsste dieses etwas auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken, kostet fast 50 Euro nach China
Absoluter Betrug, Finger weg...meine Tochter und ich mehr als enttäuscht, hätte ein langersehntes Weihnachtsgeschenk werden sollen, jetzt alle unter Schock nach dieser Erfahrung....
Werden Klage einreichen, sollte das Geld nicht prompt auf mein Konto retourniert werden und wir ein Gratis Rücksendekleber bekommen.....
I bought a doll, but what I got didn't fit the description at all. Then they said they would refund me if I would send it back, but I would have to pay for postage, And then here comes the point where I say: deception! I would have to send it to China, not Germany. And then postage would cost more than what I paid for the doll!!!
In the end they said they were willing to refund me 35% of the price. I thought: that's better than nothing, so I agreed. But I didn't even get that.
Criminals, that's what they are!!!
