Before I could make my purchase I had to call as the worktops I was after were out of stock!
However the person on the phone told me when they were coming back in stock, I was able to order them the following week and they were delivered on time by a lovely delivery person. And any queries I had were answered promptly. Can’t recommend this company enough and my builder fitting the worktops said that they are really good quality he was surprised by the price!

They were very helpful, products are first class, had to return two end caps with no problem at all, they kept our wet wall boards until we needed them, all in all a great company.

I came today to Northampton branch and the experience that I thought it will be a nightmare (as I don’t know nothing about the kitchen design), turned to be smooth and easy. Sophie Neath helped me with everything I needed. She not only help me with the design but with the all measurements and finishing parts that I didn’t even know I needed. Great customer service!!!! Found a splashback online which we thought would look well in the new kitchen. The option was there to order a free sample which we did. Arrived quickly but was not really a suitable match. However, with the sample came a brochure which, having studied we made a second choice and ordered that instead with contrasting upstands. These took a while longer to arrive but understandable as they use their own van and driver. Overall a positive experience with a company that seems to be very customer focused. Would not hesitate to use again.

Only required a small piece of worktop for our utility room so not a big purchase. Peter & his staff in Glasgow couldn’t have been more helpful. Had the perfect item in stock, cut it to the size we needed and all for a brilliant price. Absolutely delighted.
