Very good service and price very good

Excellent company ordered on Sunday had it Tuesday no problems very happy with watch

Just ordered 2 Michael Kors ladies watches. Prices were superb and delivered in 2 days in pristine condition. Very pleased with my purchase

great quality great value great service and very competitive prices - very easy to do business with this company

I put one star as there wasn't a zero star option, this is without doubt one of the worst companies I've had to deal with they are complete imbeciles and have no control or contact with their courier company (Evri) the couriers have had my watch for 5 days now and I have no idea as, when or if I'm going to get it, I've emailed "The Real Watch Company" for the last 4 days to try and get some update but just keep getting fobbed off and no honest answer, I'm now trying to get a refund for a product I've not received and having the same issues as I was trying to get the watch. Never again......

Not happy I’ve received my watch today and it’s defo not real, looks and feels cheap with no weight to it! I’ve brought Armani watches before even the writing on the box is wonky which was a big giveaway 😡😡 will be reporting to trading standards

Ordered a white ceramic armarni watch for my parter came the next day she was over the moon with after a few weeks some of the stones discoloued company did not want to know would never use them again

Beautiful watch in it’s fabulous box with certificate and warranty .Great price , fast delivery .Perfect so far

I had a fantastic experience with this watch store. My order arrived promptly, and the packaging ensured that the watch was well-protected during transit.

I'm afraid the watch broke at the strap and I can't get it fixed

This was a present last Xmas a Marc jacobs watch & when clocks went forward in March I didn’t put the winder back in properly, hence lost a few weeks later! I emailed RWC to ask if they did repairs after send photo they asked me to return item for repair! I have just had email confirm they have sent replacement watch! I was expect pay for repair as it was through fault of my own! First class customer service highly recommend purchasing from this company!

I am very pleased with my purchase and the quality of my recent order. It was delivered very quickly and I will definitely recommend this company for the future. Thanks so much. I know my partner will love this watch.

Really great company to deal with. Quick service and well packaged 📦

Great service, quick turn around and beautiful watch with good saving. Thank you 😊

Absolutely stunning Armani watch, at a far better price than buying from a jewellers store. Well packaged to keep safe in transit. Will be coming to Realwatch again.

Excellent service and beautiful watch

Excellent choice of watches fast delivery and everything as promised very happy with my watch

Easy to order and deliver notifications excellent. Delivered quickly

Excellent service. Very satisfied. I chose the wrong watch initially, I returned it and that was easy and efficient, received my refund very quickly. I ordered the new watch and it was dispatched straight away, received quickly, well packed, logo’d packaging and attractive box. The watch is lovely. I tried it on in store and it was much more expensive, so a genuine saving. This is a brilliant saving and a superb service. Highly recommend. Thank you.
