Brilliant and fairly priced. Get him every time!

An engineer appointment was arranged at quite short notice as our service was overdue. He also cleaned to magnetic filter and restored pressure to the built in Expansion Vessel which has re-stabilised the system pressure. Good service, but it is pity that we are just outside their normal service area of Enfield and adjacent boroughs and therefore incurred an additional fee.

What I like about this company is...
- You know when they are on their way.
- They do a comprehensive job (and clean up afterwards)
- You get a full written report on what they have done and honest, unpushy advice on what you might need to do if there are problems.

I think that's worth five stars.

Ibrahim is professional and courteous. He really knows his stuff and fixed our boiler promptly and without fuss.
In addition, he is genuine and trustworthy - I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

Great service. The chap was very pleasant to deal with and they didn't try and pull anything on us. Their booking system is a little confusing though, and after the first appointment I had to chase the chap (once only) to have him return to fix the problem. I wouldl definitely use them again.

Ibrahim is one in a million. We had an urgent problem: our washing machine outlet was blocked and spewing out water everywhere. He came over on the very next day, and stayed late to fix the problem. I doubt that many others would put themselves out like him. He's done work for us before, always cheery, and importantly, reliably. He arrives as promised.
