Ordering was easy online, clear descriptions and told us which seed tray went with which gravel tray. Then parcel came on time and packaged very well in recyclable materials. They’re already in use and feel robust and professional standard.

Great selection of products for a niche industry. Items arrived promptly and well packaged. Would have been 5* but now charging £3.95 for delivery on a £1400 me no like.

Brilliant customer service!!
The customer service was second to none, in dealing with my queries. As I wasn't in when UPS delivered part of my order wasn't delivered to my local access point. When I rang I was assured that they would send me a replacement if the part didn't arrive by the end of the day. Then Lee guided me through how to connect my garden rake together, including sending me a short video of how to do it. Thank you for your patience
