Very good personal service
Arrived a couple of weeks later than I had hoped but there are usually delays if an item comes from abroad. When I needed to delay arrival they did this willingly so am very satisfied.

The price on their website is ex VAT and postage, so you think you found the best price until it hit you at check out.

Hi Ivar, I am so sorry about your experience with this. We currently have a team looking at making this much clearer so that you can view the site with both an including and excluding VAT price. At the moment we mostly deal with small businesses and so the excl. VAT price is what is displayed, this is a limitation of the website software we use. Best Tools Company Out There
The website is brilliant and full of information, easy to use. The tools are of the highest quality and you can tell the team actually use them on a daily basis. Delivery was quick, tools in perfect condition, well packaged.

Exceptional Service and Quality
After searching the internet for a landscape type rake I found ReAg Tools. They also had a matching moss rake. They were packed expertly,I was kept informed with delivery updates and it arrived sooner than expected. Thank you for your great online shopping experience. The delivery guy was a true gentleman.
