Broadfork purchase
Ordered a Broadfork (which I'm very pleased with). It had to be imported from Europe so took longer than expected. Would have been good if ReAg had let me know what was going on in this respect, but when I wrote and enquired I received a prompt and efficient response - hence the five stars.

Speedy dispatch and well packaged product
Great product (Extractigator, eh?) and easy to buy on the site. Take note - the prices are ex VAT (yes, it does say so on the site, but I am an habitual online shopper and just looked at the displayed price for the item). I saw the VAT added when I went to the checkout. It would be handy to display both prices explicitly alongside the item, to prepare the shopper, lest they baulk at checkout.
